Grinds like the ocean

Gently lapping on the seashore

Sensitivity raw, soothed

relaxed, meditative hypnotic

Dramatically deceitful, shocking

Powerful waves dragging you

Down, drowning in sorrow

Can’t breathe.

Thought your poetry was beautiful, so poignant and heart rending. It speaks to many hearts linked as one, no longer islands in a sea of sorrow and despair but uplifted by kindness and understanding of the human spirit, and if we falter along the way there is always a guiding hand to catch us if we fall.
